Every plan, Free included, has the verbatim transcript with speakers, the summary, decisions and tasks in Fusha, quotes kept in the dialect, and meeting types, tags and folders.
Minutes are counted per seat for each billing month, in whole minutes rounded up, with one minute at least. They reset each billing month, and unused minutes don’t roll over. Before you upload, the new-meeting card shows the minutes used and left.
Starter includes 1,200 minutes a seat each month. At 80% you get one email, and at 1,200 new meetings wait until the month resets.
Pro and Team seats have a fair-use allowance rather than a fixed cap: 2,500 minutes a month on Pro and 4,000 on Team. At 80% you get one email. Past the allowance, meetings still process in full, with the same transcript and notes, in standard processing until the billing month resets. At 7,500 minutes on Pro, or 12,000 on Team, new meetings on that seat pause until the reset, with a message that says why; a meeting already started still finishes.
If a seat passes its allowance, you can wait for the reset, move Pro seats to Team (4,000 minutes a seat), add a seat for anyone else who uses this one, or write to support@kalemio.app about a high-volume arrangement.
Priority processing, on Pro and Team within the allowance: when the queue is busy, your meetings start first and more of each meeting is transcribed at once. It is not a promised turnaround time.
A seat is for one person. Every workspace member who records or edits meetings takes a seat, owners and admins included. Guests you share a single meeting with, including guests who can correct it, and anyone with a view-only link are free.
Prices are in US dollars, before tax; tax is added at checkout where it applies. A yearly plan is paid upfront for 12 months, and a monthly plan each month. Added seats are charged right away, prorated for the rest of the period. Removed seats stay usable until renewal, unless you choose to remove them now for a credit. If a workspace has more members than seats, it has 7 days to add seats or remove members before new meetings stop, and invitations wait until it fits again. Nothing is deleted.
