The service

Qarar turns meeting recordings into transcripts and notes. It is operated by Kalemio and powered by the Kalemio API. By using Qarar you accept these terms.

Accounts and plans

The Free plan includes 4 meetings a month. Paid plans are per seat: Pro is US$12 per seat per month billed annually or US$20 billed monthly, and Team is US$19 per seat per month billed annually or US$29 billed monthly. Paid plans open when seat billing launches, and the price is shown before you pay. Paid seats include a fair-use limit on recording minutes.

Your recordings

You keep all rights to your recordings, transcripts and notes. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending transcript text to the notes model’s provider as the privacy policy describes.

You must have the right to record and upload each meeting, including the consent of the people in it where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to process, try to get around usage limits or access controls, or use Qarar to record people secretly.

Accuracy

Transcripts and notes are generated automatically and can be wrong, especially names, numbers, speakers and action items. Check them before you rely on or share them. Qarar is not a substitute for official minutes where a formal record is required.

Availability and changes

We may change features and limits. We will tell you before a change to paid terms applies to you. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
