What good meeting minutes include
- Meeting details: title, date, time and place.
- Who attended, who was absent, who chaired and who took the minutes.
- The agenda as announced before the meeting.
- A short summary of what was discussed under each item.
- Decisions, worded so they cannot be misread.
- Action items, each with an owner and a due date.
- The next meeting, if one was set.
Once the minutes are settled, a client usually needs a short follow-up too: Write an Arabic client meeting follow-up with clear next steps
Have the minutes written for you
Upload the meeting recording to Qarar. It writes a verbatim transcript in the dialect you spoke, then pulls out the summary, decisions and action items in Modern Standard Arabic, each with its timestamp.
- The free plan: 4 meetings a month, up to 90 minutes each, with the full transcript, summary, decisions and action items.
- Works in your browser: upload the recording from any browser on Windows, a Mac or a phone, or record the meeting in the browser on a computer. No app to install, and no bot joins the call.
